As part of the process of getting to know our customers and what they need, we feel it is crucial that clients get to know us and hopefully also learn to trust us. We expect to hold interviews with the team in an occasional addition to the blog to let you know some of the things that make us Team! The first interview is with one of our Customer Services leader-Rob.

So Rob, what position do you have at Patel Towel? I work in customer relations where I deal with all consumer inquiries ranging from basic product queries to distribution processes right through to seeing an item return.

What makes Patel towel different from other companies in your industry? Different cultures in the company! The Patel Towel team is very focused on ensuring that the customer is satisfied. We sell a wide variety of goods from £10 to £15,000, ensuring that we can care for the consumer as a whole. We have some amazing freestanding baths of quality that always fly off the shelf because the designs are so fantastic, and the price is perfect.

What is your normal routine work? I begin my day by prioritizing emails as a customer might be halfway through installation, and something needs to be resolved promptly. Customer care from Patel Towel works together to synchronize all deliveries and address all inquiries within a reasonable time frame.

What do you most enjoy about your role? I enjoy the office environment created by the team at large. The work speed is mentally challenging, and we get treats on employee birthdays. It feels amazing finding good things to eat nearly every week!

Would you like to share any hilarious story or experience at your work? I had answered the call, and with a totally wrong name and I made my lovely salutation. Just as I was about to say “… Rob Speaking,” my colleague mentioned a loud name “John”, and I said “John speaking” immediately. The office went into laughing fits, and I was known as John forever in the phone call! I’m also on the website-well my body is anyway-a little-known reality is that I’ve been asked to model the towels and gowns!
